- A check box was added to the time zone dialog so that a time zone could
be selected for a city without adjusting for daylight savings time.
|
|
Bugs fixed in version 3.1:
- Memory management has improved when using a clock with skins. A large
clock (full screen) with skins would cause Windows 95/98 systems to sometimes
react strangely after the clock ran for several hours. This problem did not
occur on Windows NT. This bug has been fixed.
- The routines to calculate the current local time for each city in the
world clock were not accurately calculating the cross-over date/time for
daylight savings time. This problem occurred on selected cities that are
in time zones where Daylight Savings Time is defined. The symptom was that
certain cities would display a time that was wrong by one hour. The routines
have been rewritten to be 100% accurate. This problem was only under Windows 95/98 and did not occur in Windows NT.
